About Me.

Welcome to Somatic Women! I am a trained licensed independent clinical social worker dedicated to supporting individuals on their healing journey. I specialize in integrating the mind and body to promote holistic well-being. In our sessions, I strive to provide a safe and compassionate space for you to explore and understand the deep connection between your physical sensations, emotions, and thoughts. Somatic therapy recognizes that our bodies carry valuable information and wisdom, often holding the key to unresolved traumas, stress, and emotional patterns.

My approach is rooted in various modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Yoga. These methods draw from neuroscience, psychology, and body-oriented practices to help you release tension, process past experiences, and restore balance. I tailor my therapeutic interventions to meet your unique needs and goals.

Whether you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, ADHD or managing life changes, I am here to support you every step of the way. Together, we will work towards fostering resilience, developing self-compassion, and enhancing your overall well-being.

I look forward to walking alongside you as we embark on this transformative journey of somatic therapy together.
