How it works
1. You schedule a 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit. This is your time to ask any questions about diagnoses, who I work with, my values, and what you can expect. You can also briefly share why you are seeking services. You get decide if you want to move forward or not.

2. If we both decide to work together, we will schedule an intake assessment so that we can get a thorough understanding of how to assist you in your healing journey.

3. I will work with you to create treatment goals catered to you. We will set goals such as how to make friends and build your support system, to help measure our progress.

4. You can have a standing appointment (appointments on the same day and time weekly) or you can schedule an appointment based on your aviliability
